The Marriage Pathway
A clear, progressive approach to building a healthy marriage
Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t love each other.
They struggle because marriage is complex — and no one ever explained how it actually works.
The Marriage Pathway is a progressive series of workshops designed to help couples understand marriage, understand themselves, heal what’s been hurt, handle conflict well, and stay grounded when things get hard.
Rather than offering one-off events, this pathway gives couples a shared framework and language that builds over time — making real, lasting change more possible.
Each workshop stands on its own, but together they form a clear and thoughtful path forward.
How the Pathway Works
The Marriage Pathway is organized into five levels, each building on the one before it.
Couples can enter at different points depending on their needs, and when a workshop builds on earlier material, recordings are available so no one is left behind.
This approach allows couples to grow without pressure, shame, or rushing.
Level 100
Marriage, Explained
Understanding how marriage works, why it’s hard, and what helps it thrive
This foundational workshop gives couples an “above-the-woods” view of marriage. It explains how relationships function, why power struggles are so common, and what actually keeps a marriage healthy over time.
Couples leave with shared language and a clear framework that makes everything else easier.
Level 200
Your Side of the Marriage: Your reactions are shaping your marriage
Understanding yourself, your needs, and your patterns
This workshop helps each partner better understand their own personality, strengths, triggers, needs, and strategies for getting needs met.
By increasing self-awareness and personal responsibility, couples experience less defensiveness, fewer false narratives, and more compassion for themselves and each other.
Level 400
Resolving conflict without damage
A practical model for handling disagreement while protecting connection
Conflict is inevitable in marriage. Damage is not.
This workshop teaches couples how to handle conflict in a way that keeps needs from turning into demands, prevents punishment, and protects connection — even when emotions are high.
Couples leave with a clear, repeatable process they can use in real-life disagreements.
Level 300
Repairing What’s Been Hurt
Healing, forgiveness, and rebuilding trust
When needs go unmet — or when the way we go about getting them causes harm — relationships get hurt.
This workshop focuses on healing, forgiveness, correcting false narratives, and laying the groundwork for rebuilding trust. Trust is approached as a gift, not something forced or earned through pressure.
Couples don’t have to pretend nothing happened in order to move forward.
Level 500
Staying Regulated When It’s Hard
Emotional regulation for real marriage moments
Even the best tools fail when emotions take over.
This advanced workshop helps couples understand their nervous system, why good intentions fall apart under stress, and how to stay grounded, responsible, and connected when things are difficult.
Emotional regulation doesn’t make marriage easy — it makes it possible.
Catching Up When You Need To
Some workshops build on earlier material. If a couple wants to attend a higher-level workshop without having attended previous sessions live, they can watch recorded workshops at a reduced rate.
This keeps the pathway flexible, accessible, and respectful of real life.
Who the Marriage Pathway Is For
The Marriage Pathway is for couples who want:
a deeper understanding of how marriage works
practical tools, not just inspiration
healthier patterns during conflict
shared language that reduces misunderstanding
growth that feels thoughtful, not rushed
Whether your marriage is doing well and you want it stronger, or you’re feeling stuck and want a reset, this pathway offers a clear and grounded way forward.
