Therapy is a supportive, confidential process where you work with a trained professional to explore challenges, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and living. It’s a space for growth, healing, and building the tools to navigate life’s difficulties.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a proven therapy for healing from trauma and distressing memories. Instead of revisiting every detail, EMDR uses gentle, side-to-side stimulation—such as following a moving light, listening to alternating tones, or holding small devices that pulse in your hands—while you focus on the memory. This helps your brain reprocess the experience so it feels less overwhelming, easing distress and building more positive beliefs about yourself.

I integrate faith into counseling only if a client requests it. While I have a background in ministry, I don’t rely on the gospel to communicate every point. My approach is always tailored to each person’s needs, beliefs, and preferences, ensuring the counseling process is meaningful and comfortable for them.
